1. Expats recruitment
● Work closely with the Academic team to update about vacancies for foreigners and hiring requirements;
● Manage and update JDs for foreigners’ vacancies;
● Build up headcount and budget plans for expatriate recruitment of entities and manage their implementation;
● Develop and maintain the talent pool of international candidates for entities;
● Search, utilize, manage and develop recruiting channels;
● Screen, interview, arrange interviews, follow up results and offer jobs to candidates;
● Take care of foreign candidates or employees’ inquiries or concerns before, during and after recruitment process to ensure a good relationship and image;
● Maintain the positive perception of the external about the company’s operation and procedure;
● Follow up with hired candidates to ensure/maintain/grow their working satisfaction;
● Update regularly with relevant HR Team about the hiring process;
● Support other entities on required by BOM;
2. Expats welfare management
● Establish and maintain good relationship between the School and employees
● Support in applying process for Visa, Work Permit, TRC
● Support in accommodation, opening bank account, facilitating settling in Vietnam
● Consult the whole team about legal documents process on required;
● Ensure the foreign employees’ documents are qualified and authentic based on the Law and company’s requirements;
● Collaborate with others to process applications of the work permit & temporary residential card;
● Coordinate with other team to create international culture and working environment
● Prepare and organize internal events, ceremonies
● Builds employee relations capacity and enables management effectiveness through the execution of proactive employee relations initiatives
● Keep all the personal and company’s legal personnel documents confidential.
3. Other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the position’s responsibilities or working scope.

● Educational background is an advantage;
● Headhunting experience and mindset;
● Knowledgeable about Labor Law, Immigration Law and others relating to foreign labors;
● Time management, ensure the legal processes are timely;
● Good communication both verbal & written;
● Be able to build up good relationship with external sources and recruitment channels/networks;
