Senior Talent Acquisition (Inhouse, Software/IT)

• Be responsible to meet recruiting requests throughout the Company timely, especially in the IT field;

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates;

• Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable candidates for assigned positions;

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, employee referral, etc.;

• Be in charge of interviews and provide suitable recruits for all departments timely;

• Manage job offer including negotiation and administration;

• Be responsible to sign probationary contract with staff;

• Monitor, apply HR recruiting best practices and create new recruiting ideas;

• Organize the Induction program for new employees in order to become fully integrated;

• Maintain recruiting data of HR software and report the progress on assigned job vacancies, provide regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process;

• Organize job seminars, career events, etc.;

• Other duties assigned by HR Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Business or relevant majors

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting; Experience in IT, mass recruitment is a plus

• Highly responsible, hard-working, can work under pressure and deadlines;

• Knowledge and experience of using social networking tools, a proven track record of using social media to attract talent is essential.

• Be an outstanding communicator, with a strong capability to engage others;

• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key;

• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;

• Must be flexible on work schedule based on the recruitment activity requirements and success pattern
