At Vinamilk, we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best talent to our team. We’re seeking a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, with a key focus on sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring exceptional candidates for all roles across the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Input into overall hiring strategy of Vinamilk to ensure teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
• Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
• Define, plan & leverage online recruiting resources, external research vendors, internal referrals, and in-house data to identify and recruit top talent.
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
• Consult Hiring Manager & stakeholder to choose best fit candidates in selection process.
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
• Branding & Candidate Experience: Strengthen Vinamilk’s employer brand by promoting a compelling employee value proposition. Ensure a positive candidate experience from recruitment to onboarding, leveraging social media and industry networks.
• Data-Driven Approach & Reporting: Monitor key recruitment metrics, providing insights to leadership on trends, pipeline status, and process improvements to optimize hiring efficiency.
• Talent Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices to inform Vinamilk’s talent strategy. Provide market intelligence to leadership to guide decision-making.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant majors
• Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
• Understanding of the FMCG job market, talent pool, and labor laws
• Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• A keen understanding of business insights, keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Recruitment Tools and Sourcing Tools
• Recruiting Techniques
• Proficiency in documenting processes
• Fluent English communication is plus
