Senior Tax Specialist

• Take the lead in all tax related matters for the Vietnam FIE conversion and ensure tax compliance with group and local policies

• Timely preparation and submission of Corporate Income Tax and Value Added Tax

• Responsible for all other submissions to local authorities and the group

• Support F&O Director and Accounting and Tax Manager with any tax related matters

• Lead the Transfer Price Questionnaire (TPQ) and Transfer Pricing Documentation (TPD) submission to HQ and local authorities when required

• Conduct Tax Health check after go-live as stock holding affiliate to ensure tax compliance with group and local policies

• Own tax compliance for all local and group laws and regulations

• Proficiently manage the tax controls in Assurance Connect

• Any other ad-hoc task

• No low level of compliance in audits

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or a related field

• Professional certification in CPA, CA or CTA is preferred but not a must

• 2-3 years job experience in tax accounting, tax advisory or tax compliance, preferably within corporate or public accounting environment

• Strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
