Senior Technical Engineer

Location: Long An factory

Reporting to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design:

− Design and develop refrigeration equipment products based on customer requirements and company orientation.

− Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

BOM & Project Management:

− Create, manage, and update Bills of Materials (BOM) in SAP or equivalent ERP software.

− Coordinate with related departments (production, QA, procurement) to execute projects from design to mass production.

Research & Product Development:

− Develop prototypes and conduct testing and evaluations in compliance with relevant industry standards.

− Optimize designs to improve performance, quality, and cost efficiency.

Production Technical Support:

− Support troubleshooting of technical issues during production.

− Analyze root causes of defects and propose effective corrective actions.

Standards & Procedures:

− Ensure all designs and processes comply with applicable technical and safety standards.

− Establish and maintain technical procedures and work instructions.

Training & Continuous Improvement:

− Provide technical training and guidance to engineers and related staff.

− Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in production and design processes.

− Update the latest advancements in mechanical engineering.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or Electronics.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, development, or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the refrigeration equipment industry.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks, MS office.

• Having experience in managing BOM, using Bartender code sofware.

• Good communication skills in English (ability to read technical documents and communicate with international partners). Chinese mandarin will be considered as a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under high-pressure conditions.

• Ability to manage tasks independently and proactively.

• Strong planning, teamwork, and communication abilities.
