Position: Senior Technical Officer/ Engineer (Head of Hybrid power plant)

Work location: VSIP Binh Duong (VSIP III)

Salary: negotiable

Report to: Head of Department.

1) Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of Hybrid power plant comprises of RTS, Battery Energy Storage System, and 22kV network.

• Strategically drive the plant's peak performance and reliability by developing all operational and maintenance schedules and optimizing energy dispatch based on weather forecasts and customer load data.

• Lead and enforce all site safety policies, ensuring full compliance with local grid codes, company’s safety policy and safety regulations.

• Report to head of department.

• Other works assign by head of department.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering/ Power system engineer/ Electrical Technology Engineering/ Electronics/ Automation.

- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or in the power generation sector.

- Knowledge:

• In-dept knowledge/ prior experience in power plant operation, O&M budgeting

• Having knowledge or experience on long-term asset management is a plus.

• A comprehensive, high-level understanding of all interconnected plant systems, including ESS, PCS, SCADA/EMS, MV switchgear, and protection systems is a plus

• In-depth knowledge of local grid codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards applicable to the power plant.

- Skills: An accountable leader and strategic thinker with excellent communication abilities

- Other: English fluency is a plus.
