Senior Technology Risk Consultant in Hanoi Office

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Technology Consulting team. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 5 years of IT consulting experience, ranging from fresh graduates to senior. You will work on diverse projects that help organizations navigate digital transformation, manage technology risks, and optimize IT performance.

Key Responsibilities

As an Technology Consulting Staff / Senior, you will play a critical role in helping clients manage technology risks and optimize IT performance. Your responsibilities include:

1. Working as part of the Technology Consulting to access digital/ technology issues, risks and providing advisory on risk mitigation. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycle, identify and assess potential and significant business systems risks;

2. Identify and undertake testing procedures of IT general and application controls related to ERP applications and IT environments like SAP, Oracle, MS D365.

3. Working as part of the IT Advisory team to provide IT Advisory related services, including IT Project Management, Business System Control services; Information System Governance & Performance Services; IT Internal Audit, Data and Analytic, Technology Regulatory compliance.

4. Working as part of the Data team to provide Data Advisory related services, including Data Governance, Data Protection, Data Classification, Responsible AI…

Qualifications & Skills

Education and Certification:

1. English proficiency (reading and writing) is required.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

3. Preferred Certifications (optional): ISO27001, CISA, ITIL, AWS / Microsoft / Google certifications, or similar.

Experience:

1. Up to 5 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT audit, or technology risk management.

2. Experience in Audit, Compliance, Quality Control & Assurance, ERP implementation, GRC or IT operations (e.g., DevOps, End-user Support) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

1. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
