Senior Trade Marketing Officer (Pharmaceutical Product)

Strategic & Management:

• Create strategic Trade/ Fields Marketing plan – Develop, implement and analyze trade/ fields marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other BTL marketing activities across the region (for both Laos and Cambodia Market); at traditional pharmacies, pharmacy chains, modern trade, wholesales, hospitals, private clinics.

• Do reports in time, follow as functions, missions and whenever needs.

• Work closely with other department, especially with sales teams on company initiatives to ensure the best marketing effectiveness for sales performance on sales locations.

Market Understanding:

• Do Market visit to understand the situation of the pharmaceutical, hospital, and medical devices market, our current product portfolio, and its related information.

Branding & Product Awareness:

• Manage all trade marketing activities and BTL programs which is aligned with product, brand marketing strategies and deploy to sales team for implementation to strengthen and further corporate brands.

• Collaborate with Sales team to field check the brand awareness of all our products on sales channels below the line.

• Manage the merchandise, POSM, visibility with company brand guidelines and the effects of those on sales performance, and collaborate with Sales team, trade channels to set up on fields.

- Bachelor/ Master degree specialized in Marketing, Commerce and Economy. Pharmaceutical or Hospital Medical Devices experience is preferred.

- At least 5 years of working experience in similar position (Senior Trade/ Fields Marketing Officer or similar)

- Willing to travel a lot on fields.

- Experience with sales & marketing in Health Care Products, pharmaceutical industry, FMCG and/or take part in building project.

- Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment. Able to travel around.

- Excellent in speaking and writing in both Vietnamese & English. (can do presentation in front of the stakeholders and groups of people) – English is a MUST.

- MS Office is compulsory required. Strong in Advanced Excel skills to do analytics for all Product Lines.
