Job Title: Senior Trader (Rubber)

Sales Management Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships.

Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, supply chain) to ensure smooth contract execution and customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence updates for management review.

Work proactively to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall trading team goals.

Attend industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings to expand market presence and network effectively.

Education/Academic Background:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, International Trade, or related majors).

A background in sales, purchasing, or supply chain management would be an asset.

Language & Computer Skills:

Good command of English for professional communication.

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Technical Skills and Requirements:

Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for business purposes, both domestically and internationally.

Work Experience:

1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in trading, sales, procurement, or a related industry.
