Senior Transfer Pricing

1. Transfer Price management

• Working with consultants to prepare Transfer Pricing docs, TPF, Master file for Piaggio VN

• Review of Transfer Pricing simulation (PID, PGJ, FPVT, PAP) to find out issues and raise solution with higher manager

• Preparing summary Transfer Pricing simulation for Transfer Pricing committee

• Support on HQ, PGJ, PID, PAP, FPVT on Transfer Pricing issues

2. Transfer Pricing simulation monthly

• Complete the monthly Transfer Pricing simulation of Piaggio VN and understand the nature of booking in GL for category into each Transfer Pricing transaction & PL per activity (number of month complete Transfer Pricing simulation and no mistakes)

• Max is 13 months, comprise:

- Closing 2024: 01 month

- Budgeting Transfer Pricing for 2025: 01 month

- Simulation (1+11 to 11+1): 11 months

3. Work with Tax Authority on Transfer Pricing audit (inside tax audit) (Qualitative)

• Receive the questions, identify, brainstorm and propose answers to higher manager

• Self-deliver explanation against Transfer Pricing auditor in case of designation from higher manager

• Prepare the required documentation upon the request of tax auditor

4. Collect Transfer Pricing issues from other departments and markets (Qualitative)

• Clarify and work with high level/consultant to send feedback to other departments on time

• Make sure 100% request from other departments will be had feedback from Transfer Pricing point of view in time

5. Others

• Finish other required work assigned by higher Managers on time and good quality, especially in tax audit

• Holds bachelor’s degree(s) in Tax, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related major

• In-depth knowledge of Transfer Pricing (Transfer Pricing declaration, Transfer Pricing documents, Transfer Pricing simulation…)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing

• Proficient in standard software (Windows/Office, particularly Excel) and SAP ERP system, experience with Transfer Pricing benchmarking databases is an asset

• Strong SAP, Transfer Pricing Competency and VAS skills

• Fluent English in both written and verbal communication, Italian is an asset

• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

• Excellent time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results
