Senior Travel Consultant Upto $1200

About the Role

As a Senior Travel Consultant / Experience Designer, you’ll play a key role in turning our clients’ travel dreams into reality, creating inspiring journeys and ensuring every detail runs smoothly from start to finish.

You will:

• Engage clients and partners with clear communication, genuine care, and enthusiasm

• Listen carefully to understand each guest’s needs, then craft tailor-made experiences that truly fit

• Design creative, personalized itineraries across Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and beyond

• Work closely with our operations and reservations teams to make sure every detail runs perfectly

• Manage client accounts, including deposits and outstanding balances

• Inspire, support, and collaborate with your teammates - we learn from each other, share ideas, and grow together every day

• At least 3 years of experience as a travel consultant; experience in the luxury or high-end segment is a strong advantage

• Solid destination knowledge of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos, ideally including Thailand

• Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail

• A warm, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills

• Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient under pressure

• High proficiency in spoken and written English; another language is always a lovely bonus

• Confident in using booking systems or CRM tools

• Being skilled in using digital platforms and design tools to create engaging sales presentations and marketing materials would be a big plus.
