Senior UX/UI Designer (Service Design)

We are looking for an experienced UX Expert to design and improve user experience for global internal services such as Finance, Logistics, and HR. You will work closely with APAC UX Lead, regional UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage UX projects in Vietnam, from planning to execution.

- Support APAC UX Lead in achieving UX KPIs by standardizing processes and managing UX data, reports, and artifacts.

- Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, qualitative & quantitative studies) and translate insights into actionable UX solutions.

- Apply UX and service design methodologies across consulting, ideation, and implementation phases.

- Facilitate Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders and end users (in English).

- Identify user needs and opportunities to develop new services and improve end-to-end customer experience.

- Support digital business initiatives, including dashboards and reporting tools.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX, Interaction Design, Service Design, Psychology, Digital/Graphic Design, or related fields.

- 4–9 years of experience in UI/UX, Service Design, or User-Centered Design.

- Strong experience in UX research, stakeholder management, and project ownership.

- Analytical and strategic mindset; comfortable with data-driven planning.

- Ability to visualize ideas and present insights clearly (PPT, storytelling).

- Portfolio of UX / service design projects is required.

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
