Atlas Industries works on projects from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, North America, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, in fields such as Aviation, Education, Industrial, Retail, Residential, Healthcare, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and review/check the designs/documentation of the Architecture of the projects
• Provide technical advice/input/solution;
• Complete design works for projects within your team
• Mobilize and manage relevant project resources and related issues in accordance with the project plan;
• Manage, complete and hand over a portion of projects related to infrastructure/construction projects. Follow the manager's instructions to ensure timely project completion within approved budgets on cost and resources. Conform to all QMS requirements. Assist in making sure the project is profitable;
• Plan & create priorities for the development of Atlas tools under the instruction of the R&D Manager
• Deliver tools to automate tasks based on the project/team requirements
• Develop Atlas Libraries for BIM documentation/visualization workflows
• Supervise the production of Static/Animated visualizations of company wide projects for project or marketing purposes

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
• B.Sc. or above in Architecture
• Minimum of (03) years’ post BSc qualification experience with a minimum of (2) years’ managing projects
• Sufficient knowledge of laws and regulations, building codes especially offshore regulations governing large construction projects
• Sufficient general knowledge of Architecture
• Specific knowledge about design and documentation
• Understand project management methodologies, techniques, and concepts
Technical Skills
• Either drafting skill or designing skill
• Training/coaching and mentoring capacity
• Analysis of skills relating to job function
• Code writing, review, testing & skill deployment
Language Skills
• Confident in communication with expatriates
• Able to study English documents;
Software Skills
• Design architecture software such as Sketchup, 3D Max, Lumion, etc.
• Familiar with Autodesk Revit API function and Graphisoft ArchiCAD GDL.
• Programming/Gaming such as C# (or VB.NET)/ Unreal Engine
• MS Office
