- Assist Sensory Manager in moderation of sensory sessions
- Preparation of sensory & consumer sessions (creating questionnaires, room, and sample preparation)
- Process data from discriminative tests and write up reports for enquirer
- Follow up on panel performance
- Take on training of expert panel newcomers
- Actively participate in tasting/smelling sessions across multiple categories
