• Prepare materials and samples for sensory testing, including triangle tests and paired preference tests
• Conduct sensory evaluations and internal training sessions under the direction of senior team members
• Input and analyze sensory data, prepare reports, and submit findings for managerial review
• Support product stability testing and contribute to identifying sensory-related risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sensory quality and consistency across product lines
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a sensory science, product development, or quality assurance role within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in sensory methodologies (descriptive and discriminative testing)
• Basic knowledge of statistical data analysis for sensory results
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong English communication skills, especially in technical and scientific contexts
