ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-impact role for someone who’s ready to own the SEO function end-to-end in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. As the SEO Leader, you won’t just “optimize pages” — you will build scalable SEO systems, shape strategy across multiple projects, and directly influence business outcomes like traffic growth, lead generation, and conversions..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy & Execution

• Build and execute full-funnel SEO strategies: audit, keyword research, content roadmap, site structure, technical SEO, link building, and entity building.

• Optimize SEO performance across projects using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.

• Set up internal SEO workflows: audit checklists, keyword & content approvals, performance dashboards.

2. Team & Project Management

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including content, developers, and designers to ensure on-time delivery aligned with SEO goals.

• Assign tasks, set KPIs, and track progress using weekly/monthly reports.

• Manage multiple projects/sites concurrently, including niche sites and lead generation funnels.

3. Collaboration & Training

• Lead, mentor, and train SEO team members or collaborators to align execution quality and mindset.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in performance marketing, business analysis, and product teams to integrate SEO into growth plans.

• 5–8 years of hands-on SEO experience across various channels (on-page, off-page, tech, entity).

• Proven track record in leading SEO teams of 5–10 people.

• Experienced in managing multiple websites/projects simultaneously (including affiliate, e-com, niche, or PBN-based).

• Skilled in SEO tools: Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, ChatGPT, Notion, Looker Studio.

• Familiar with basic CRO, A/B testing, and traffic/lead analysis.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Strong project management & team leadership: task breakdown, performance tracking, KPI setting.

• Confident communicator and collaborator with content, tech, and design teams.
