SEO Specialist

1. Job Objectives

- Create Business Value: Ensure organic search channels become a stable source of qualified leads, supporting sales growth and creating long-term business value for the company.

- Lead and Strategize: Proactively research, propose and lead overall SEO strategies, ensuring Onelink’s projects are always at the forefront of the market and outperform competitors.

2. Key Responsibilities

Strategic SEO & Analysis

- Research market trends and competitors to build long-term SEO strategy.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush etc.

- Translate insights into tactical recommendations.

On-Page & Technical SEO

- Ensure website structure is search-engine-friendly, optimizing internal linking and Core Web Vitals.

- Monitor and resolve technical issues (broken links, 404s, redirects, canonicalization).

- Implement schema markup and advanced SEO techniques.

Off-Page SEO

- Develop and execute Guest Post strategy for high-quality backlinks.

- Build advanced internal linking models and satellite networks (e.g., Social Entity, Stacking).

- Build and maintain satellite sites and supporting pages to strengthen domain authority and improve ranking stability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.

3+ years of SEO experience with proven success in competitive keywords (Top 3–10).

- Proficient in English (written & spoken), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High sense of responsibility, ownership and logical thinking.

Preferred:

- Experienced with B2B industry.

- Knowledge of web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Shopify platform.
