Service Center Chief (Trưởng Trung Tâm Bảo Hành Đồng Nai)
Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and Service Center Chief to lead our team in providing exceptional service and support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation management of the Service Center, ensuring that all members are working efficiently to meet KPI targets and that customer satisfaction is always a top priority. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the Service Center’s Operation Management, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. • Allocate jobs among all Service Center’s members and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner. • Supervise and support team members to achieve and exceed KPI targets. • Implement strategies to improve repair speed and quality, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. • Develop and strengthen Out of Warranty Sales, Service Profit while managing cash effectively. • Maintain a healthy inventory index and ensure spare part stock accuracy. • Manage the timely return of defective parts. • Handle all HR & accounting related tasks in the Service Center, including recruitment, training and expense payments. • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on Service Center KPIs, activities, and issues. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service. • Other tasks will be assigned by line manager/p
Job requirements
p• Education: University degree or higher in Business Administration, Electronics, or a related field. • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a management role, preferably in Customer Service within the Electronics industry. • Language Skills: Proficiency in English with good listening and speaking abilities. • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of email, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Working location: Dong Nai./p
