Job Description

* Department: Existing Installation
* Report to EI Area Manager
* Overall Description: To actively drive the Conversion and Renewal of Maintenance Service Contracts to ensure profitability and a substantial growth of the maintenance portfolio of the assigned area

* Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction “Be preferred E&E Service Provider”:
• In cooperation with the Operation team to maintain and enhance a good customer relationship to understand their needs and expectations.
• Proactive care calls to customers or meeting them in person to enhance the relationship. Do not wait for the contract expiry and call/ meet.

- Portfolio management:
• Translate portfolio targets into self-plan; develop sales action plan based on expiry dates of existing and new contract, follow up, timely send out documents to clients such as quotation, letter of reminding, letter of notice and strictly prevent lost case
• Self-management to ensure sign contract on time.
• Based on the understanding of customer’s needs and expectations, review the service price and manage price negotiations to ensure the assigned target.
• Ensure the SAP data is adequately and accurately maintained and updated
• Proactively approach lost contracts for Recovery

- Occupational Health and Safety “Zero Workplace Injury”:
• To drive and develop safety behaviour and culture across Schindler Vietnam in accordance with Safety Management System, legal requirements, Schindler Global safety Fundamental and Initiatives;
• To report all Unsafe Event and Incidents according to Schindler Safe Working Procedure (SOP) and legal requirements;
• To lead by example and be safety role model in responsible areas and/or Team;
• To ensure fulfill all defined safety target and site safety execution (if any).

- Code of Conduct (CoC) Strict Compliance with Group CoC Rules:
• To ensure that all job-related activities and behaviours are in compliance with the Group CoC guidelines and in accordance with the local laws;
• To actively report any violation or potential violation to the Management.
