Responsibilities:

As a service crew member, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and conducive environment for students and young learners who visit our cafe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service Excellence: Delivering exceptional customer service by providing a warm and friendly greeting to all patrons, assisting with their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.

• Maintaining Cafe Ambiance: Keeping the cafe tidy, organized, and comfortable for our guests. This includes arranging study spaces, relax space, and other resources in an orderly manner.

• Taking Orders and Serving: Efficiently taking orders, preparing beverages, and serving snacks or meals to customers while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Assisting with Study Sessions: Supporting study sessions by offering guidance on available resources, study materials, and encouraging a conducive atmosphere for learning.

• Promoting Special Events: Assisting in organizing and promoting special events or workshops held at the cafe, ensuring attendees have a memorable and enriching experience.
