Service Engineer

Goal of the Job:

• Provide professional machine installation service, training and problem solving effectively for machinery, screen and pad printing processes.

• Analyze and Improve manufacturing processes and maintenance.

Stationing in: Ho Chi Minh City

Reporting Structure: He/She will report to Service Manager and Sales Director

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide customer with machine installation, training, testing and problem solving for machine, Pad and Screen printing in all aspects eg. Ink, printing and machine.

• Prepare testing and service report.

• Cooperate efficiently with Sales for service job and installation job.

• Process Improvement and maintenance.

• Age not over 30 years.

• 1 -5 year experience is preferred.

• Graduated in Engineering or related field.

• Good skill in communication.

• Proficient in English is required.

• Able to travel upcountry and abroad.

• Character: Work hard, Good discipline, Mentally flexible.

• Working Style: Self- management, Proactive, Precise, Team player,

Thinking- through attitude.

• Gross Salary per month 13-16 million VND
