· Advise customer on the preventive maintenance as SLA L2 support.
· To clearly document the problems resolved to maintain traceability and responsible for service ticket and troubleshoot equipment and system faults.
· To check spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stocks on hand and smooth operations on a 24*7*365 basis
· Maintaining regular communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
· Responsible for test and commissioning activities on his area of coverage.
+ Southern CSE: Mainly in Ho Chi Minh city, and ready to travel to other province in Southern of Vietnam if needed (company will pay for travel expenses)
- Requirement of major in university: Electricity/Electronic
- Requirement of English skill: can communicate and read document well
- Requirement of working experience: at least 2 years
