1. Technical Services
- Provide onsite installation supervision and commissioning for Pumps (including related pumping system)
- Perform hands-on on site troubleshooting, service and repairs, mainly high & medium tech products
- To carry out field preventive/schedule/predictive maintenance.
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective action
2. Technical Training for Customers
- Provide training to customers on product features, correct operation, basic maintenance, and problem analysis. Consultation assistance by phone / working as a help desk for service-related issues.
3. Improvement of Customer Satisfaction
- To work on customer’s complaint and to find the real core problems. Suggest the appropriate solutions to prevent such complaint in the future.
4. Quality of Service
- Always check the quality of services provided to the customers at the end of work in order to ensure that they always meet the high-quality level and the high standard of KSB.
- Always strictly follow the safety rules of the company and of the customers while carrying out the service jobs.
- Perform the safety assessment at the place and wear the personnel protective equipment before
carrying out the service jobs.
6. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years in relevant industry
- Special skill: Good technical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Defined competencies: Ability to provide service report, respond fast to requirement
