• Process Warranty Service Claim (WSC)/ Product Quality Report (PQR) of dealers: investigate failed parts and judge WSC/PQR from dealers
• Issue WSC/PQR to MMC
• Make payment of WSC fee for dealers
• Input of vehicle data (production, service history, etc.) in computer
• Support dealer control in service-related matters

• Knowledge: Automobile repair
• Skills required: Computer (can use MS Office), English (comprehend workshop manual and communicate fluently)
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Other (if any): Dynamic character, driving license B2
