Service Manager

• Trouble Shooting Support to assess client issues and initiate measures to rectify these.

• Responding to complaints and resolving issues or matching clients with better services. Evaluating the quality of all services and identifying areas that need improvements.

• Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.

• Service Sales as well as assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate services.

• Promote Windmöller & Hölscher Services to customers and increase the order intake and turnover.

• Lead the field service technicians in Vietnam directly in a matrix organization with regional leaders.

• Motivate, support, and sometimes challenge a team of local technicians.

• Ensure utilization of the technicians.

• Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

• Experience in service and leading a team

• Leadership experience – empathy, develop and challenge people, intercultural and good communication skills

• Technical background, ideally within the machine building industries

• Getting things done, good in organizing yourself and in documentation

• Working independently within a team

• Working diligently, being able to handle several tasks and resilient

• Define long-term goals and work towards this goal in different steps / stages

• Fluent in Vietnamese, very good English skills, ideally also other Asian languages

• IT skills - good in Salesforce, MS Office and ideally knowledge in SAP

• Willing to travel domestically
