Job Description

Carry out Spare Parts (SP) operation activities: sales, market monitoring, sales material/ tools, spare part planning.
Job description is defined in details as below:
1. Spare part sales:
- Deploy sales promotion in areas: North, Central, Highland, Central Coast, Southeast, Mekong Delta, HCMC, OEMs and MMDs,
- Receive & feedback customer SP inquiries, issue SP quotation,
- Collect customers parts orders directly or from HVPP member,
- Follow up sales orders and update in time Back Order status,
- Implement to SP market survey periodical & feedback to factory about Honda SP situation
- Expand & strengthen SP sales dealer network.
- Implement to training DLR how to use Honda part catalogues, how to select concert part,
- Co-create purchasing list every month and conduct to OD,
2. Spare part Admin
- Inventory checking and process order properly,
- Follow up SP distribution included delivery, return and internal transfer,
- Manage Customer Contract and Dealer Profiles,
- Manage websites, systems of Honda spare part (update information, password, …)
- Daily/Monthly reporting of SP consumption and needs,
- Follow up purchasing orders and update in time Back Order status,
- SP forecasting and inventory management,
- Monthly work on SP inventory calculation and analysis,
- Place purchase order to APC & HM and follow up shipments,
- Take care of SP import and export activities (Coordinate with related departments (AF, logistics))
- SP pricing management; discount/Rebate management,
- SP function expense management; SP payment management,
- In charge Service part standard of G-HQS system,
- Co-create monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly plan, SP mid-term plan, SP strategy,
- Manage & publishing SP bulletin,
3. Other:
- Follow service process and co-operate with others Department to complete your action plan & CS Dept. action plan,
- Support others CS member so that completed common plan of Dept;
- Implement service campaigns or services policy,
- Make your plans for work assigned,
- Perform other work as assigned by manager.
- Make regular reports as per request from managers.

Job Requirements

Attitude: Enthusiastic and dynamic
Qualification: University degree
English: Good English in writing, speaking
Computer: Good in Microsoft office, experience in using SAP is an advantage
Experience: Same position experience is and advantage point.
