General Summary:
The Mission of the service sale Executive is to accelerate growth of service business and achieve the target.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Growth the service revenue and profitability in a sustainable and consistent way in accordance with the target in the defined sale territory
• Executive contracts with customers and other paperwork
• Coordinate the implementation of work related to equipment repair and maintenance of the service team.
• Support service team in ordering from factory as well as local purchasing for maintenance and repair work
• Improve customer satisfaction, pro- actively obtaining feedback and acting adequately to customer feedback
• Customer debt tracking
Yêu cầu công việc
• 5-7 years of service experience
• Understanding of air conditioning systems is priority
• PC literate and familiarity with MS Word & Excel.
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good communication skill
• Able to deliver to tight deadlines
• Able to lead cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a team & independently
