• Coach customer consultant and NBI sales for execution to driving result based on performance and development connections (PDC) setting
• Track individual sale activities versus pre-planning relative to build up the short and long-term pipelines.
• Track and conduct customer service consultant (CSC) activities to renew the expired service agreement contract AND sign the service agreement contract for expired warranty chillers timely per target
• Track and conduct NBI sale activities to capture the repair and maintenance service contracts and renew timely per target
• Conduct and provide feasible solutions to secure all quotations offered to customers. Proactive to build up pipelines to cover the shortage of booking and revenue monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Responsible for service sale target setting yearly for chiller penetration rate by renewal, linage and capture service agreement contracts. Sustain the order, revenue, OI for year over year growth rate
• Accuracy order and revenue forecast monthly, quarterly, yearly and creating strong pipelines for next coming years
• Provide all solutions, action plan by A3 improving projects which KPI could not meet the target, overcome challenge and drive the result properly. Continue improvement actions to sustain the service business as a norm to adapt any tough and challenge circumstances
• Handle all customer complaints relative to service and product quality matters to build the strong relationship with customers.
• Track and conduct sale activities to align to the customer relationship management (CRM) including build up customer data accumulation year over year
• Track and conduct to drive and capture new possibilities, opportunities from customer visit activities to increase the service pipelines including comprehensive maintenance package, chiller’s maintenance and plant room, retrofit projects, service offerings, non-Trane parts and renovation projects relative to HVAC fields effectively
• Commit and fully align to all target setting based on the need of service business within a year to sustain and meet the target of service business.
• Coordinate with Service fulfillment team handle customers’ complaints timely with professional manner in order to provide corrective actions and solutions to satisfy customer needs
• Responsible for service sale team to meet the customer satisfaction rate as target setting
• Responsible for part inventory management and aging parts with solutions to meet the target setting
• Report and response all required matters to internal and external customers timely as response process when required
• Proactive to continue improving processes to enhance service sale productivity relative service package offerings, sale processes, contract management, payment handling and improvement, overdue payment and others related to service sale
• Fully comply to company’s safety and compliance policies
• Commit and fully align to all addition targets requested by company and direct manager relative to service business’s strategy and development
• Over 5 to 10 years’ experience in sale and managing level.
• Good capacity of English in 4 skills
• Good communication /negotiation skill
• Strong problem solving skill, report and presentation skill
• Ensure full integrity and compliance.
• Aggressive and good strategy in sales
• Able to be an influencer to manage team effectively, functional teams and customers are highly preferable
• Leadership and ownership skills are mandatory required
• Sound product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and adapt for customer satisfaction.
