Service/technical Engineer (for Industrial Robots / Surface Mount Technology System)

You will be responsible for providing technical support for industrial robots and surface-mount technology (SMT) equipment sold by our company.

Key responsibilities include:

- Installation, adjustment, and commissioning at the time of equipment delivery

- Conducting operational training sessions for customers

- Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting

- Acting as a liaison between customers and manufacturer engineers

Qualifications

- Background in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering (preferably a graduate from a technical university)

- Proactive in customer interaction and troubleshooting

- Required for Customer visits and take care)

- Ability to read and write technical documents in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus)

Preferred Skills

- Experience or knowledge related to Electrical, Software, Mechatronics industrial robots, SMT equipment, and factory automation systems

- Willingness to travel for business trips

Work Location

Hanoi (with occasional client visits and domestic/overseas business trips)
