Service Training Staff (Non-Technical)

- Study, conduct service training and evaluation to dealers (mostly focus on non-technical training) - Support dealers to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Parts sales per unit, etc. - Support dealers about aftersales service activities - Cooperate and support other teams

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Automotive Technology - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Automobile Technology, aftersales service business - Knowledge: Automobile technology and training - Required skills: • English proficiency: Good communication skills, reading comprehension of Automobile materials • B2 driving license, ability to drive for business purposes • Interpersonal, presentation, and PC skills (MS Office) - Other (if any): • Ability to go for business trip for weeks, including oversea trip ** Benefits: - Competitive salary - Transportation & meal provided at Binh Duong Factory - Annual performance & salary review; salary increment due to inflation - Total annual bonus from 1.5 - 6 months - Premium health care package - Additional public holiday days-off - Opportunities to participate in overseas seminars - Business travel allowances, overtime pay (as assigned by Line Manager)
