As an SFE Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and sales effectiveness within Commercial department. This role will require strategic planning, data analysis, and collaboration to optimize performance.
Description
As an SFE Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing sales force effectiveness strategies to enhance team performance.
* Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
* Providing training and support to the sales team to improve productivity and skillsets.
* Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve sales effectiveness.
* Driving the adoption of best practices and new tools to streamline operations.
* Preparing detailed reports and presentations for management.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards in all sales activities.
Profile
* A strong background in sales force effectiveness or a related nutrition, healthcare or FMCG field.
* Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales performance software.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
* An ability to lead projects and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
