Job: Shift Leader (BESS & Power Systems)
Position: Technical Officer (Shift Leader)
Work location: VSIP Binh Duong (VSIP III)
Salary: negotiable
Report to: Head of hybrid power plant
1) Responsibilities:
• Primarily responsible for supervising, operating, and maintaining Hybrid power plant comprises of rooftop solar system (RTS), Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and 22kV network during the shift.
• Prepare reports for head of hybrid power plant.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the head of hybrid power plant.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power System Engineer, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in electrical distribution or power plant.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of 22kV systems, electrical safety rules, and grid operations.
• Skills: good communication, Safety conscious, Strategic thinker and calm decision-making under pressure.
