What We Can Offer
(a) Operate, check and control all equipment in plant in accordance with Company policy, guidelines.
(b) Perform industrial cleaning, maintenance and minor-fixing, resolve issues.
(c) Align and report timely to management team and levels of moderation all things related to power plant operation.
(d) Generate periodically report of Plant Availability Factor and Performance ratio and other per required by line managers.
ENVIRONMENT – HEALTH -SAFETY
(a) Ensure the electricity operation having no risk of Environment breach incident or Lost Time Injury (LTI) or incidents related to theft/property or plant interruption
(b) Strictly perform the operation in line with EHS guidelines of HQ/Company and VN regulations
(c) Ensure no complaint of the Contractual compliance (PPA)
(d) Report timely in terms of ad-hoc incidents to related internal and external teams.
SHIFT/ TEAM MANAGEMENT
(a) Check-in/out and handover shift daily on time with full information to ensure smooth plant operation in accordance with policies/guidelines of Company and EVN
(b) Manage Operators team to ensure no risk happens
(c) Train Operators team about technicals, operations and others
(d) Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Bachelor’s degree, major in Electrical is required
Possesses a certificate of Shift Leader for Electricity Operation is preferable
Strong general theoretical knowledge about state and law of Electricity.
Strong technical knowledge in Electricity Operations, PV modules
Knowledge of Environment – Health – Safety (EHS)
Knowledge of electrical or mechanical fixing and maintenance
At least 2-5 years of working experience with the same role in Power plant (prefer Renewable energy)
Languages: English able to work
Proficiency in MOS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant electrical systems
Good at communication and interpersonal skill
Be able to independent working and teamwork with high sense of flexibility
Control, supervisory and management skill
Careful and detailed - oriented person
High sense of responsibility, transparency, fairness, high disciplinary with a sense of confidentiality mindset.
