Shipment Executive

ofi (olam food ingredients), a new operating group from Olam Group, offers sustainable, natural food products and ingredients, including cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts, and spices. Key responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and verify all shipping documents in compliance with established procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Monitor and track shipments to guarantee smooth and timely delivery from suppliers to designated destinations.

- Process payments for shipments and carrier services promptly and accurately, maintaining clear financial records.

- Manage export shipment documentation and proactively resolve any issues related to shipments to avoid delays.

- Coordinate import shipments by liaising with agents for quotations and overseeing customs clearance processes.

- Perform additional logistics-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.

- Prior working experience in Import-Export (I/E) or Logistics with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders, Carriers (Shipping Lines/Airlines), International Suppliers/Partners is preferred.

- Good at English

- Attention to detail, ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.

- Good time management skill, Ability to efficiently manage multiple logistics tasks.

- Working Location: TTC Building, 6th Floor, 8/2, Tran Quoc Tuan Street, Ward 4, Ben Tre Province.
