Manage activities of import or export team.
Control the flow of goods in and out of the company.
Contact with Sales or Purchasing department to handle import or export shipment.
Discuss with forwarder to arrange to ship or receive goods.
Check and update regulations on customs and certificate of origin.
Check and approve full set of payment of transporters or forwarder.
Handle machinery, equipment, materials, and finished goods liquidation.
Contact with customs officer to solve problem (if any).
Evaluate performance of staff.
Make monthly report as required from the company.
Other tasks from superior.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
a. Graduated from economic universities.
b. Have at least 03 year working experience in FDI company (Working in EPE is preferred).
c. Understand customs declaration for import and export shipments as well as customs, C/O regulations.
d. Can speak English or Chinese.
e. Can work over time if required.
f. Can work in a team or independently
