To take accountability for performance KPIs and operating costs of hubs
To recruit and manage a large team to solve day-to-day operational issues, reach short-term and long-term performance objectives and goals.

Equivalent experience as operations manager of at least 2-year or above. Ex.: e-logistics, warehouse, chain of convenient stores, supermarkets, etc.
Experienced in manage large teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
High sense of responsibility and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving industry
Excellent communication skills with people from various backgrounds. Can work with all levels of company staff.
Comfortably delivering and receiving frequently direct written and oral feedbacks.
Detail and process oriented, excellent analytical skills.
Good at Microsoft Office, especially Excel. A tech-savvy person is preferred.
Can communicate in English.
