Shopify Web Designer & E-Commerce Operator

We are looking for a multi-skilled Shopify Web Designer & E-commerce Operator to manage and visually enhance our D2C website targeting the U.S. market. This role combines e-commerce operations with hands-on design execution to deliver a seamless and branded customer experience across desktop and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

[Design & UX/UI]

• Design and manage visual content across the Shopify store (banners, product pages, landing pages)

• Build and edit pages using Shopify theme tools, PageFly, or similar apps

• Ensure mobile responsiveness and brand consistency in all visual assets

• Design assets for email marketing, pop-ups, and product thumbnails

• Improve on-site UX through layout enhancements and conversion-focused design

[Site Operation]

• Upload and manage product listings, variants, and categories

• Monitor and update inventory, pricing, and promotions in real-time

• Manage basic site troubleshooting, plugin setup, and performance checks

• 2+ years of experience in Shopify-based store management and e-commerce design

• Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools)

• Familiarity with Shopify theme structure and customization (via GUI or light code)

• Good understanding of e-commerce UX/UI best practices, especially for the U.S. audience

• Ability to multitask across creative and operational tasks with minimal supervision

• Basic English proficiency for internal tools and communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using PageFly, Klaviyo, ReConvert, Judge.me, etc.

• Basic HTML/CSS understanding

• Data-driven mindset with interest in conversion rates and user behavior

• Prior experience working with lifestyle or consumer product brands
