* Developing shopper strategies and communications through various strategic initiatives
* Proven track record of achievement and good leadership qualities, possess a keen analytical mind and abilities to execute well.


Description

* Developing shopper strategies and communications through various strategic initiatives that elevate shopper engagement solutions and drive new user acquisition on different channels.
* Spearheaded the development of program measurement, KPIs evaluation, and result analysis. Optimising future programs that drive actionable insights to deliver the best possible results
* Partnering with Marketing team to create short-term and long-term activities based on advanced knowledge to Channel, Category & Shopper
* Building and maintaining multi-discipline relationships with internal and external relevant stakeholders.
* Sharpening team structure while defining succession planning for high-potential subordinates at every stage of the business
* Provide both intensive and on-the-job training to shopper marketing teams
* Responsible for the marketing assigned budget and maintaining effective cost control to achieve budget goals


Profile

* Minimum of 7 years within Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing or Channel Development
* Proven track record of achievement and good leadership qualities
* Intermediate to advanced analytics, consumer knowledge
* Possessing analytical & critical thinking, able to drive initiatives, see things in a bigger picture and pay attention to details at the same time.
* Thrives in change and comfortable with ambiguity
* Able to prioritise tasks and achieve results under minimal supervision, able to work independently
* Fluent in English
