Short-Video Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive video strategies that incorporate both human and AI-generated content, aligning with client objectives and market trends.

• Content Creation Oversight: Manage the full video production process for human-produced content and collaborate with AI technology teams to integrate AI-generated content effectively.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and AI specialists, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, and social media) to ensure seamless integration of human and AI-generated videos within broader campaign strategies.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze video performance metrics, audience engagement, and feedback to optimize content strategies for both types of video content.

• Technology Monitoring: Stay updated with emerging trends in AI technology, video production techniques, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.

• Client Satisfaction Focus: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, ensuring strategic plans align with expectations and deliver high client satisfaction. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering an exceptional service standards.

• P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of assigned accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in video production or digital content creation, with a focus on both human and AI-generated video content.

• Strong understanding of video production techniques, equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects), as well as AI video generation tools.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication, particularly in leveraging AI technology.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire both creative and technical teams.

• Analytical skills to assess video performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

• Knowledge of video marketing strategies and best practices for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites, advertising).
