Aim of Function
• Managing Hettich Experience Center (HEC) in Vietnam.
• Responsible for planning and executing activities in HEC.
• Supporting Marketing and Communication activities to drive traffic to HEC.
• Set up and managed social media channels for Hettich Southeast Asia.
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity and Marketing strategy.
Context of the Function
Hettich is enhancing its Experience Center (HEC) in Vietnam to boost customer engagement and brand visibility across Southeast Asia. The person will plan and execute activities that drive traffic to the HEC, while creating and managing content for Hettich's social media channels. This role will work closely with the regional marketing manager to implement integrated digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, email marketing, and public relations, ensuring a consistent message that resonates with diverse audiences throughout the region.
Responsibilities
1. HEC Operation Know-how
• Overseeing the operation of the HEC to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintaining store security by monitoring entrance areas for unwanted guests, such as vandals or shoplifters.
• Collect info of visitors and input on Salesforce.
2. HEC Management
• Coordinating with sales team to organize all types of activities in the HEC.
• Sourcing and producing Marketing Materials to be used in HEC and Hettich Southeast Asia
3. Social media strategy
• Self-management
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Give recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Staying up to date on best practices and merging trends in social media
• Thinking challenge
• Attentions to detail, self-starter, proactive, ability to learn, good interpersonal skills and result-oriented
4. Social media campaigns
• Plan and implement campaigns on social media that are consistent with Marketing plan, including budgeting, running ads and boost posts
5. Social media analytic
• Key Performance Indicators
• Like & followers growth
• Use analytical tools (Hootsuite and Facebook Insights) to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.
• Preparing monthly reports.
• Social interaction (mention, comment, enquiry)
6. Social media content creation
• Social media campaigns
• Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing posts, improving customer engagement, communicating with social media follower and responding queries.
7. Social influencer programs
• Develop and manage social influencer programs, including budgeting, planning and implementation
Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• >1 year with social media experience
• Experience in planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
• Proficient in English (Written and Spoken)
Skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Give recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Staying up to date on best practices and merging trends in social media
