Job description
As an autonomous entrepreneur representing South Dealership, your role involves establishing enduring business relationships and networks. You will operate within the strategic directives set forth by the Board with the aim of fostering growth in sales and after-sales services, and oversee employees and maintain control over business operations, ensuring the maintenance of service, quality, and safety standards. Your objective is to cultivate a customer-centric, profitable, and high-volume sales business that encompasses new and used vehicles, accessories, services, and additional products and services.
Job requirements
• Degree in Business Administration or / and profound experience in running automotive business
• Minimum 5 years retail experience in automotive or other areas
• Good command in English
• Specialized knowledge in representing company, market and automotive industry, trends and developments on the market, competitors’ activities, lobbyists, dealer network structure of own brand and competition, marketing/Sales and after sales
• Product knowledge and presentation skills, competitor product knowledge, commercial and legal knowledge, sales conversation
• Detailed knowledge of leadership, staff recruitment, staff appraisal, HR development, knowledge of HR planning, basics of labor law and remuneration
• Basic IT knowledge, dealer management system
• Basics of quality management systems
