Site Engineer

Management Support

- Support higher level engineers in project management, performing necessary work to ensure the project is co

- Participate in supporting the planning, implementation and monitoring stages of the project.

Document Works

- Prepare and manage project documents, including storing, organizing and updating necessary documents.

- Carry out checking of project documents and payment documents.

Reporting Works

- Support in preparing and submitting regular and unscheduled reports during project implementation.

- Coordinate with relevant divisions/departments to ensure reports are completed on time and accurately.

Communication and Coordination

- Assist in contact with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project information is communicated accurately and promptly.

- Participate in project meetings and record meeting minutes when necessary

Other tasks

- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager to effectively support the project.

*If candidate works project in Bắc Ninh. Company will provide shuttle bus from Ha Noi Bac Ninh or at the Project Management Office (PMO) in Phú Mỹ Hưng.

Education: Graduated from university, major: Civil

Experience: Less than 2 years experience

Specialized skills

- Good communication skills and ability to use office software (World, Excel, Power Point), MS Project, AutoCAD...

- Fluent in English

Soft skills

- Good organization and time management skills

- Able to work independently and effectively in groups
