Site Engineer

Duties:

• Check shop drawings/ method statements/ correspondance/ 3rd party independent reports;

• Review material submission for approval including random off site checks;

• Monitoring of safety on site;

• QA/QC meeting and preparation of meeting minutes;

• Report on site situation, program, defect control;

• Assistant in project/site management role as instructed by the superiors and Directors;

• Nightshift and Saturday/Sunday working roster will be required;

• Compliance with the systems laid down in the Company ISO 9001 quality control system.

• Implement Safety Practices in Construction Industry; compliance with the regulations of safety as stipulated by the Authority and the Site.

• Experience in Diaphragm wall construction and piling is essential for the basement engineer.

• Communication Channel: Senior Site Engineer/Project & Construction Managers/Directors (internal); all Contractors (external).

• Bachelor Degree in Construction;

• Fluent written and spoken English;

• Experience in working for foreign co-operations (construction works to office, apartment, factory, hotels & resorts)

• 3-5 years experience in basement and piling works

• Experience in Diaphragm wall construction and piling is essential for the basement engineer
