Site Management Deputy Manager - Phó Phòng Quản Lý Công Trường

Scope of Work (Summary):

- Ensure the operation, supervision and maintenance of safety - security - traffic - fire prevention and fighting and natural disaster response activities in the entire industrial park in accordance with legal regulations and the company's operating standards.

- Support the Site Manager in overall site management, ensuring a stable, safe and efficient operating environment for investors and tenants.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Internal Traffic Management

- Organize internal traffic coordination, control entry/exit at gates.

- Check and monitor signs, road markings, parking lots and freight traffic flow.

- Coordinate with authorities when there are incidents or traffic planning adjustments.

2. Security Management

- Manage and operate internal security teams and subcontractors.

- Control patrol activities, 24/7 guard duty, gate security, factory, public area.

- Monitor the operating status of the entire CCTV system, recording and storing data, alarm devices, and handle security incidents.

3. Fire Prevention Management

- Check, maintain and operate fixed and mobile fire prevention systems.

- Organize periodic fire prevention drills and safety training for grassroots fire prevention teams.

- Work with the Fire Prevention Police when inspecting, approving or handling emergency situations.

4. Management of pumping stations and flood and disaster prevention systems

- Management of 03 pumping stations, dykes and flood warning equipment.

- Planning for periodic maintenance, checking operations during the rainy and stormy season.

- Actively coordinate with the Department of Water & Environment & Project Management to respond to natural disasters.

5. Personnel management & internal training

- Assign and evaluate the performance of subordinate teams/groups.

- Train and improve professional skills in fire prevention, security,

- Ensure personnel comply with regulations, labor safety and work discipline.

6. Support Site Manager & periodic reporting

- Summarize weekly/monthly reports on security, fire prevention, pumping station operations.

- Propose measures to improve and save operating costs.

7. Other tasks assigned by Manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Labor Safety or related fields.

- Understanding of fire safety laws, public order and security, and natural disaster prevention.

- Proficient in office software, CCTV systems, Computer skill: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

- Skills: Effective team management and personnel coordination, good communication, team work, reporting, and emergency handling skills.

- Priority: Have English communication skill, certificate of fire prevention and fighting, labor safety, or have worked with authorities (Police, Fire Prevention, Local People's Committee).

Khu công nghiệp công nghệ cao Long Thành, Xã Long Thành, Tỉnh Đồng Nai.

** Thời gian làm việc: 8:00 - 16:30, Thứ 2 -7 (Nếu không có sự kiện, đào tạo của công ty hay yêu cầu công việc từ phòng ban, nhân viên có thể sắp xếp làm việc tại nhà vào thứ 7).

- Xe đưa đón: Khoảng 7:00 tại Văn phòng Amata Biên Hòa.
