Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the land acquisition process during the initial phase of the project, including coordination with local authorities, landowners, and legal teams to ensure timely site clearance and access.

• Supervise and manage all construction activities at the wind power project site.

• Monitor and ensure construction progress, cost control, and quality according to approved plans and schedules.

• Prepare and submit periodic reports on construction progress, site issues, cost variations, and risk assessments.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of the project.

• Lead and manage the site construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient on-site operations.

• Oversee and enforce occupational health and safety standards and environmental regulations.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues arising at the construction site in a timely manner.

• Represent the project in dealing with local government authorities and manage regulatory affairs as needed.

• Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project management standards, including PMP guidelines where applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Knowledge and practical experience in land acquisition procedures in Vietnam, including negotiation with landowners and coordination with local authorities.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is strongly preferred.

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in managing construction activities, preferably in wind power or renewable energy projects.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.

• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication abilities.

• Ability to manage relationships with local government bodies and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Solid knowledge of construction engineering, supplier coordination, and QA/QC processes.

• Broad project vision and strategic thinking capability.

• Strong logical reasoning and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant project management tools is a plus.

• Vietnamese language proficiency; English communication skills required (verbal and written).
