Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Project Director (PD) in the implementation of projects in the site as necessary
- Manage for the day-to-day supervision project and to carry out associated administrative duties with owner, supervisor and sub-contractor, etc
- To be responsible for the work-done, documentation of project in accordance with standards and procedures
- To assist with the design and successful completion of a project within budget and agreed timescale
- To work in accordance with the requirements of the authorities
- To supervise and undertake projects, including watching briefs, field evaluations, excavations, geophysical, topographical, field walking and earthwork surveys and post-excavation work, in accordance with authorities’ policies, procedures and standards
- To manage and report to the PD in assessment of Contractor’s claim work done percentage, in clarification of Contractor’s RFI, RFA, ITP, …, in monitoring of safety issues.
- To assist the PD in monitoring of Sub-contractor’s manpower when they are behind the target schedule.
- Other duties appropriate to the post as may be required

Requirements:
- University degree in Construction field
- At least 5 years experiences in the same position, age from 36 to 45 years old
- Strong negotiation skill and communication skill
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese law related to construction& other regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- The ability to handle the situation, collect and process information.
- Good teamwork and individual solving problem
- He has to provide the Certificate of construction supervision level 1, Site manager training certificate
