Site Manager - Project Manager (Interior Construction)

• Working as a Site Manager for completed interiors: Offices, hotels, restaurants, resorts,.

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation, play the role as the main contact point between clients and internal project team and quickly resolve all the arising issues

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

• Supervise and control the quality of detailed drawings, material resources and other construction documentations, ensure to adequately transform the design to reality.

• Coordinate with the Customer, Subcontractor, Vendor, Local Authorities and the related parties for the due implementation of the project.

• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure to handover the projects following the agreed timeline at a good quality.

• Update continuously about the technical solutions and innovations in the industry, hence propose innovative ideas to develop project quality and efficiency in the future

• To do other assignment required by higher Managers.

• Age: Below 35 (compulsory)

• Education - Profession: Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Civil Engineering

• Male with minimum 8 years working experience in infrastructure construction field, at least 3 years experience of Project Manager role in project execution

• Be a true Project Manager. Independent, decisive, conscious and skillful.

• Have ambition, have clear work direction.

• Good command of English

• Proficiency in project management and office software, including AutoCad, MS Project, and MS Office

• Excellent knowledge about technical solutions in office buildings

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and oversee various projects to meet deadlines

• Being open-minded to research & learn and a responsibility manner in a high-pressure environment are the must.
