Site Procurement Manager

The Site Procurement Manager oversees the procurement of raw materials, parts, equipment, and operating supplies for production. This role involves driving lean enterprise systems and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective procurement. Description Your main responsibilities will include: * Manage daily procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials. * Execute strategies for new and second source supplier initiatives, including supplier qualification and work transfer management. * Monitor supplier contract execution and drive purchase orders to meet quality, quantity, and price requirements. * Lead site strategy and deflation plans, optimizing inventory using advanced tools. * Supervise and coach the procurement team, fostering professional and ethical standards. * Report directly to Division Sourcing and Procurement Manager and will supervise the Sourcing Specialist and Buyer team members. Profile A successful Procurement Manager should have: * A degree in business, logistics, or a related field. * Experience in procurement in complexity manufacturing environment * Exposure to US, EU suppliers * Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. * Knowledge of procurement software and systems. * The ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
