Social Content Creator

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and sportive Social Content Creator to join our Employer Branding team.

Your mission is to craft authentic and engaging content that showcases Decathlon as an amazing place to work, highlighting our unique culture, values, and exciting career opportunities.

Content Creation & Storytelling (70%)

Conceptualize, create, and publish a wide range of engaging content formats.

Capture and edit photos and videos using professional tools, ensuring high quality and visual appeal.

Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that resonates with potential candidates and brings our employer brand to life.

Ensure all content aligns perfectly with Decathlon's brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Collaboration & Planning (20%)

Work closely with the Employer Branding Leader to brainstorm content ideas and align on strategic themes.

Contribute to the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and exciting flow of new material.

Stay on top of the latest social media trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and effective.

Community Engagement & Interaction (10%)

Actively monitor comments, messages, and mentions on all employer branding posts.

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and interactions, fostering a positive and welcoming online community.

Must have:

You're a true sports lover!

A Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience (full-time, part-time, or freelance) in social media content creation, especially within employer branding.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Proven ability to craft engaging narratives and tell powerful stories.

Highly creative, curious, with a keen eye for aesthetics.

Nice to have:

Proficiency with video editing software (like CapCut) and graphic design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) and what makes content successful on each.

Required Document: Portfolio showcasing your best work.

Internal Note:

Based in Ho Chi Minh City and requires working from the office at least 2 days per week. The remaining time can be remote.

Need to produce at least 5-6 content/ week.

The recruitment process might include a content creation assessment, based on portfolio & experience.
