Social Content (Middle/Senior)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly content calendars for the company’s social media platforms.

• Create diverse and engaging content (copy, images, videos, etc.) aligned with the brand's tone and identity.

• Collaborate with the design and creative teams to deliver content effectively across platforms.

• Operate and monitor social media channels; schedule, publish, and manage posts consistently.

• Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand image online.

• Stay updated on current affairs, politics, entertainment, and showbiz trends to create timely and relevant content.

• Track content performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc., and recommend optimizations.

• Support integrated marketing campaigns and company events when needed.

• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, mini-content series, and experimental content directions.

• Conduct basic competitor research to understand social trends and best practices in the same industry.

• Manage and mentor a team of social content.

●​ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

●​ 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

●​ Experience in Game, beauty or mobile app products is a plus.

●​ Strong writing and editing skills in Vietnamese; English proficiency is a plus.

●​ Solid understanding of major social media platforms and basic analytics tools.

●​ Strong interest in current affairs, politics, entertainment, and showbiz.

●​ Knowledge of or experience with the Thai market is a strong advantage.

●​ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

●​ Creative, proactive, and able to think both strategically and practically.

●​ Trend-sensitive with strong awareness of digital culture and audience behavior.
